Perfection and Sense of Pride
Perfection and Sense of Pride The chief of village was building a worship place on his land. He was visiting daily to watch the progress. Architect was working on statute and was making extra statute. On asking, he told that the statute was imperfect. There was a little defect on nose which was not noticeable to anyone on 25' height. But the architect was believer in perfection. Perfection has sense of pride feeling in it. “If a man is called to be a street sweeper, he should sweep streets even as a Michaelangelo painted, or Beethoven composed music or Shakespeare wrote poetry. He should sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will pause to say, 'Here lived a great street sweeper who did his job well.” Where there’s a wall there’s a way through a gate or door.
